In an earlier draft of this document, I (Christopher Dyer) accidentally placed text intended for a discussion on Ghost writing into a summary of the work presented by Dr Wislar. It may have appeared to suggest these 'thoughts' were the topic of the presentation, but this is not the case, and I apologise for the error and any confusion this may have caused.
