50mM Tris HCl pH8; 25mM EDTA; 5% Sucrose; 0.5% Triton X-100
To make a final volume of 100 ml add the following ingrediates mixing gently:
- 5ml 1M Tris HCl pH8;
- 5ml 0.5M EDTA pH8;
- 5g Sucrose (10ml 50% sol.);
- 500ul Triton X-100;
- qv 100mls.
